National Indoor Championships
Good luck to our 12 juvenile athletes taking part at the National Indoor Championships in Athlone this weekend. This is the largest number of entries the club has ever had at an All-Ireland track championship and we hope all enjoy the experience.
All-Ireland School’s Cross Country
Four club members competed at the All-Ireland School’s Cross Country in Belfast on Saturday last. Emma Brennan, running for Moyne CS, was an excellent 13th in the minor girl’s race. Mercy Ballymahon student Max Gallagher gave it his all in the minor boy’s event while Robin Og Murphy and Rachel Keenan, both Mercy Ballymahon, placed well up in the junior girl’s race. Well done all.

There will be no athletics at the Mall on March 18. It resumes on March 25.
