Current members, and anybody interested in becoming a club member, are encouraged to attend the Interval session every Tuesday at 7pm in the Mall. Interval training is great for building fitness and plays a massive role in improving race times. Sessions are supervised with guidance provided by qualified coaches / experienced club members. All standards are welcome.
Our 8am Saturday morning longer run, at a pace between 8:30 and 9 min/mile, is great for building strength and endurance geared towards race distances over 10k.
Our new 8am Sunday morning longer run will be at a slightly faster pace of between 7 and 7:30 min/mile. This can also be used as a quicker run for anybody that wants to turn off for shorter distances.
