A day after his Canal run efforts, Patryk Prusak put in another good pacing job at the Connemara half marathon on Sunday.
The weekend’s racing action began at the Roscommon 5k on Friday evening with strong performances by Daniel Higgins and Gavin O’Reilly.
Charlie Barone and Mervyn Graham took part in the Ultrabalaton in Hungary. As part of a team, the duo each completed a section of the 210km relay around Lake Balaton.
