The 4th and FINAL Connacht squad session will now take place in AIT on Sunday 22nd of April from 11am – 2pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances with the snow the Leinster Juv were changed and as a result, the All Ireland Juv Champs have been rescheduled to the date we originally had. Not to worry, we’ll drive on with the 22nd.
The last session will include a S&C/Injury prevention workshop to include the new AAi Coach series of online videos released in the past couple of weeks. I strongly encourage all athletes and coaches to download and have a look at these videos and documents. As part of this session athletes will receive a mini resistance band, a copy go the exercises to do at home/club as well as the Athletics Ireland Squad t-shirt with I will have on the day. Don’t worry if you can’t make it, I can post it etc at a later stage.
