Lots of fast running and fun had at Track & Field Live in the NIA on Wednesday evening. El’Nathan sprinted his way to a new personal best in the 60m with a swift 8.51 seconds with Andrew and Adam also clocking good times. There was a PB too for John in the 800m having also earlier ran a quick 60m. El’Nathan, Andrew, Adam and Paul later teamed up for the 4 x 200m relay with an excellent 1:57 to set the fastest time in their age group.
