The race will start and finish in St Mel’s College on a flat loop up Ballinalee Road, thru College Park and in the back entrance to the College. It is chip timed with prizes for 1st man\woman and 1st U16 boy\girl. Novelty team prizes (3 per team) for the quickest company, quickest family and quickest sports club (non-running). Pacers from 6 minutes down to 12 minutes.
We are hoping for a very big turnout at this fun event with all ages and abilities welcome on the starting line.

There will be a Q&A session with Irish Mile record holder and former Olympian Ray Flynn immediately after the race. Tea will be served.
