A large entry of Ireland’s top athletes gathered for Sunday’s Dunboyne 10k road race, which also incorporated the National championship. The fast, flat course produced plenty of fast times.
Five club members took to the start line with Barry Sheil securing a silver medal in the M40 category clocking 31:44. There were also strong performances from Ross Gannon, John Scott and Adrian Wróbel with Jacqui Mahon the club’s sole female representative. Good runs all around with some personal bests set along the way.
