MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME FOR A GOOD WARM UP. ATHLETES ARE ‘CALLED’ INTO ASSEMBLY ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO COMPETE. YOU NEED TO HAVE A GOOD WARM UP DONE BEFORE THAT.
THE FIRST EVENT EACH DAY IS AT 10AM.
THOSE IN THE UNDER 12 AND UNDER 14 RELAYS SHOULD TRY AND BE IN ARENA AROUND 9AM TO GET NUMBERS AND PINS AND THEN GET WARMED UP.
THE UNDER 12 GIRLS RELAY SHOULD BE CALLED INTO ASSEMBLY AT 9.45AM ASSEMBLY WILL BE UPSTAIRS AT THE END OF THE WARM UP TRACK FOR TRACK EVENTS AND AT THE EVENT FOR ALL FIELD EVENTS I.E LONG JUMP ASSEMBLES AT LONG JUMP PIT

Notes for All Clubs; Athletes, Parents and Coaches for Connaught Indoors
NO food is to be eaten in the Stadium; an area of the foyer will be made available.
All spectators are asked to sit in the Stadium, NO standing along the rails will be allowed.
Only Athletes warming up will be allowed on the upper track, NO spectators.
Assembly for All track events is upstairs and only when called.
Assembly for All field events is at the event.
Results for the outer track and inner (sprint) track will all be done on time, No Finals.
Standards will be used for the Long Jump, all 1st jumps measured; all subsequent jumps only measured if they are near or exceed that of the 6th longest jump.
The board takes no responsibility for athletes missing or late for events, this lies with the club/athlete.
