Nelvin Appiah, Longford Athletic Club, at the podium on Day 3 of the Athletics Ireland National Indoor Championships winning Gold in the U17 Boys 200m in the time of 22.77 seconds. Breaking the 23 seconds was a real achievement for Nelvin in the highly competitive field of 19 runners.
