For all our newest volunteers the Athletics Leader Training course is being delivered by our own Connacht Development Officer and he will give you a great intro to coaching. We realise that this is during the day time but the other options are much further away in Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Kildare, etc… and are very rarely in Longford.
It would be of real benefit to you if you want to get more involved and this is your first time coaching.
