County Longford Senior Cross Country Championships.

The inaugural County Longford Senior Cross Country Championships will be at Moyne Community School on Saturday 21^st September at 5pm after the Primary Schools races on that day. The senior men’s race will be 6K and the senior women’s race will be 4K.  Anyone living in County Longford and is over the age of 14 can compete in these championships.  Entry fee per athlete is €5 with registration at 4pm.  These races will be ran after the Primary Schools Cross Country Championships.
