These championships will be held again at Moyne Community School in North Longford on an excellent Cross Country Course. The top 10 individuals and top 3 teams go forward to represent the county at the Connaught Primary Schools Cross Country Championships in October. No doubt Killoe National School will be very strong again and are the current holders of the Harry Farrell Perpetual Trophy. They will face strong opposition from a number of schools on the day. Parents and supporters are encouraged to attend and no doubt future national champions can be seen. Entry fee per athlete is €2. We would like to thank Moyne Community School for allowing us to use their very fine facilities. This is an excellent cross country course which is both fast and challenging and provides excellent spectator viewing points on the course.
