Events: sprint, middle distance, hurdles, shot putt, long jump, turbo javelin, relay. Please refer to table for age groups\event choices
Entry Deadline: Friday 24th May 2019, send email into longfordac@gmail.com with child’s name, their date of birth, the event choices they want to enter and include parent’s contact details. We will pair the U9-11 age group based on the results of the 04\05\2019 indoor competition at Athlone IT.
We are required to supply 5 parents to help as officials with long jump, turbo javelin, and the track races- You can learn on the Job!!
