Longford Athletic Club juvenile Funmi Talabi from Edgeworthstown, on the podium receiving Gold in the U13 Girls 60m sprint at the Connacht Indoor Track & Field Championships last weekend at Athlone IT International Arena. Once again Funmi is Provincial Champion in a time of 8.38 seconds, with Ava McKeon, Galway City Harriers AC 2nd place and Cassie Griffiths Blitger, Claremorris AC 3rd place.
