The Longford AC U13 Girls 4X100m Relay Team: Funmi Talabi, Laura Farrell, Kaela Brady & Siog Reilly, were all smiles as they received their set of Gold medals on Day 1 of the Connacht Indoor Track & Field Championships at Athlone IT Arena. The girls led the race from the start to win their heat and claim first place out of 17 teams with a time of 57.71 seconds. Their win at Provincial levels sees them qualify for next month’s All-Ireland Juvenile Indoor Relay Finals.
