Please look at it carefully to determine what time you need to arrive for your own events. This is only a guideline and they can change the order on the day if needed. We do not have any relay teams this year but some field events start promptly so please allow time to warm up and collect your number.
All Longford athletes to wear white or black shorts and blue singlet.Spikes must be 5mm. Bring your lunch and snacks. There is a small canteen on site but options are limited.
As you drive thru Claremorris on the N60/Castlebar look for sign post ‘Claremount Manor’ on right just as you leave the town. Turn here and athletics track is down this narrow road.
