Friday 18th May 2018 (start time 6.30pm sharp) Tullamore Harriers Stadium
This is an Annual 4 Counties Competition for U9-14 age group (born 2010-2005), held at Tullamore Harriers Stadium. Races start at 6:30pm sharp so please arrive at 6:15pm for warm up.
No pre-registration/entry is required. The children just show up on the night and they can take part in 3-4 events each. All children should wear blue Longford AC singlet if they have one.
No long jump for U9s. Turbo Javelin is for U9-11 ages only. Shot Putt is for U12-14 ages only.

Athletes must stay in their own age group:
U 9 = Born in 2010
U 10 = Born in 2009
U 11 = Born in 2008
U 12 = Born in 2007
U 13 = Born in 2006
U 14 = Born in 2005
