Connacht Gold medallists: Longford AC U12 Girls 4 X 100m Relay team that won 1st place at last weekend’s Connacht Outdoor Championships in Dangan, Co. Galway. Funmi Talabi, Laura Farrell, Siog Reilly and Kaela Brady secured their place in the upcoming All Ireland Relay finals with a time of 59.23.

Longford AC’s U9 Boys relay team put in an impressive performance at last weekend’s Connacht Outdoor Championships winning Silver in their very first outing. Max Gallagher, Cormac & Padraic Mulligan and Conor Wright proved to be the right combination on the day and will go forward to Athletics Ireland Nationals in July.
