In the final race of the day Nelvin Appiah, Cian Belton, Niall Moran and Cian Nolan won the U17 Boys 4X200m Relay and this saw Longford win their 6th set of Connacht Gold medals and 1 set of Silver in Relay over the two day competition. After their outstanding performance in last year’s All-Ireland Relay finals winning National Bronze the lads are in great form to go forward for another opportunity to put Longford AC on the map.
